Where can I sign up for an account? 
As we are providing a hassle-free after-sales service to all of our customers, please contact us via customercare@efenz.com.sg or Whatsapp us at 8777 9889 to update your personal particulars with us so that we can create an account for you.

 
Why should I sign up for an account with EFENZ? 
- Greater ease of keeping track of all of your EFENZ products.
- Stores all your product warranty information and a copy of your receipt.
- Hassle-free request for your servicing.

Once an account has been created, you can easily request to service your ceiling fan without having to look for your receipt/warranty card as your record has been saved in the system.

For existing customers, please login to your account with the email address that you have provided us with to view and/or to request for servicing of your products. 
Is my personal information kept private? 
Yes. All customer information personal information will be respected and treated with confidentiality. You may refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.

How can I change/update my personal information? 
Upon logging in to your account, you may review and change your data by selecting "Edit" in the Overview page. 
 
 
 
Warranty 
 

What does the warranty cover? 
For EFENZ's Kith Collection Series of ceiling fans, we have two types of warranty. The 36 months ON-SITE warranty is applicable for all LED & Remote Control at the premises it was first installed. The other warranty covers the motor of all Efenz ceiling fan for its lifetime usage at its first installed premise. Transport and labour fees will be incurred after the 36 months (3 years) warranty period.

Under what conditions will warranty end? 
Warranty for all EFENZ Products will end when: 
i) Product has been relocated to another premise.
ii) Product has been exported out of Singapore.

Under what conditions will the warranty be deemed invalid/ void? 
Warranty for all EFENZ Products will be considered void when the product has been tampered, altered, modified, misused or mishandled.
Other conditions include damage caused by unsuitable wiring, incorrect voltage and fluctuations or interruptions in the electrical power supply.
Damage caused by natural/external factors such as fire, lightning strike or flood, etc. Product installed with 3rd party compatible spare parts will affect the warranty as well.
What if the warranty card has been misplaced?
If the warranty card is misplaced, an original copy of the receipt will have to be presented at the time of servicing for the warranty to be valid.
